The Exciting Role
This focused and ambitious organisation is keen to hire an experienced Product & Investors Relations Manager, reporting to the COO.
You will enjoy taking responsibility for the product range and the associated management, analysis, coordination and administration of the products as well as ensure that all investors relations deliverables are completed within the timeframes of the service level agreements.
Key Accountabilities
Product
Drive the day-to-day management and execution of product strategy and initiatives.
Ensure Product Disclosure Statements are correct and up to date including drafting documents, and managing the sign off, verification and attestation processes.
Support the sales & marketing team with the delivery of ongoing investor updates.
Responsible for DDO functions including maintaining the TMDs.
Market analysis for potential new product development.
Investor Relations
Deliver high quality customer service via phone and email to investors, advisers, platforms and dealer groups and interaction with Salesforce.
Support change management across the team and strive for continuous process improvements.
Work with Investment Operations to review and upload of daily/monthly unit pricing in the registry portal.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Fund management experience
Investor relations and/or product management experience
Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory environment and understanding of the operational environment of a fund management business
Degree qualified in a relevant financial discipline
Stakeholder management and influencing skills
Delivery focus, collaborative, can-do attitude

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for the development and delivery of marketing and communication strategies for the businesses affiliated partners.

Key accountabilities
End to end campaign management and post campaign analysis reporting
Copy, edit, proofreading of marketing materials, newsletters, monthly reports to ensure accuracy
Creation of content across multiple channels and marketing collateral not limited to social media, email communications, graphic design/imagery requirements
Manage events and sponsorships for the business

To be successful in this role you will possess
Funds management experience is non-negotiable for this role - experience in investments within the alternative or private markets asset classes highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to work proactively and in a fast-paced agile environment

They are looking to recruit a proactive individual to their team as an Events Manager on a 12 month parental leave contract.
The Opportunity
This role will be responsible for end-to-end event management across the business unit.
Reporting into a supportive Senior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the group's calendar of event activities in line with business strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Be responsible for end to end event management, from managing the activity map for all events, promotional merchandise, organising of venues, speakers, stakeholders, attendees and logistics and the managing of overall event budgets
Develop and maintain all event process documentation for end to end event management
Develop and execute conference, event and sponsorship deliverables
Manage the development of content required for event communications
Engage with and manage internal and external stakeholders of all levels in a proactive manner to ensure optimal engagement of all activities
Some domestic travel involved - Mel/Bris
To be successful in this role you will have
Extensive events management experience in the financial services or a regulated/corporate environment
Proven ability and experience to manage senior stakeholders
Highly organised and strong attention to detail
