Roles and Responsibilities as a Technical Compliance Lead:

Manage the sites Quality management system - implementation of retailer and customer manufacturing standards and codes of practice including BRC, management of retailer score cards
Management of retailer customer Gap and trend analysis where required, root cause, corrective and preventive action.
Create, organise and control documentation in the Food Safety & Quality Manual, ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures in relation to Food Safety and Quality
Be an integral member of the site Crisis Management Team, supporting the site in traceability challenges.
Manage and complete internal audits in line with quality, food safety and legal requirements.
Compile audit reports, identify corrective actions and close out of non-conformances.
Act as a key team member in hosting, presenting and providing information during third party audits and internal assessments.
Review and interrogate all site Technical KPI's on a weekly basis, analyse trends, investigate any KPI failures / trends, communicate to site.
Working in partnership with operations teams, drive adherence to Technical / Operational / Customer Standards within operational area of responsibility.

As the Health and Safety Administrator, you will be admin focused and working with one of the UK's leading food manufacturers based in West Yorkshire, this role will allow you to demonstrate your key skills and experience in all areas of health and safety and environmental compliance, process, and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities as Health and Safety Administrator
Providing reports for KPI's and communicates well to the relevant parties within the workplace
Overseeing the schedules of audits and inspections and ensuring actions are been identified efficiently
Assisting in the preparations for meetings and briefs
Maintaining the Health and safety documentation and policies remains up to date
Providing general admin duties to support the Health and Safety team.
