We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading London based recycling and waste management organisation based in London.
Reporting to the Commercial Operations Leader.
Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
You will be a confident communicator both on the on the telephone and via any written communication.
You will be required to work well under pressure and ensure your invoicing responsibilities are completed within the timelines set for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for client satisfaction and responding to incoming calls and emails.
You will accurately complete job bookings, deal with any customer queries and action any other administration duties assigned to you.
Maintain databases for all clients and ensure all information is up to date.
Ensure strong working relationships are developed with all internal stakeholders, including our Sales, Transport and Finance teams.
This role will see you not only maintaining current customer relationships, but you will also be creating and building new ones.
This position will see you contacting lapsed clients with the aim of becoming active customers again.
Skills and Requirements:
Be self-motivated with an analytical mind and a keen eye for detail.
Confident communicator, both verbal and written
Good team player as you will be required to work with a range of personnel internally and externally.
Work well under pressure and to set timelines in a professional manner.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced level of Microsoft Office Skills.
Previous experience in the construction/waste management sector - desirable

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects in London from inception through to completion and final handover.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
Working within a close-knit team alongside Design and Technical functions, you will take ownership of programme, commercial performance, quality, risk, and on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of projects across design, programme, budget, risk, quality, Health & Safety, and installation through to defects/warranty period.
Manage project scope and communicate any changes, agreeing variations with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
