Senior Director, Human Resources

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field).

Deep knowledge of HR disciplines, employment law, change management, organizational development, and talent strategy.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills; able to work seamlessly with senior leaders and frontline teams alike.
Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Operate lift trucks and forklifts to move and stage materials after completing certification requirements. Safely handle and transport materials, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in pre-cut operations. Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and quality-focused work environment. Actively participate in team meetings and report discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors. Verify materials meet required quality standards before advancing to the next phase of production. Perform routine inspection and maintenance of cutting tools, saw equipment, and lift trucks to ensure safe operation. Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates. Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality. Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues. Participate in the continuous improvement process.
