RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting, Analytics & Insights
Lead all marketing reporting efforts, attending cross-functional meetings and consolidating reports across PR, Media, Social Media, Digital Hub, Website, SEO, and other marketing channels.
Synthesize marketing media data into actionable insights, tailoring reports and presentations to meet the needs of diverse audiences-ranging from high-level executive summaries to retailer-specific breakdowns.
Monitor and interpret marketing media data trends, providing strategic recommendations to guide team decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Educate internal stakeholders on marketing and media KPIs and performance metrics, increasing organizational understanding of what they mean, why they matter, and how to take action based on the data.
Establish and uphold standardized reporting processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all marketing media analytics outputs.
Project manage reporting timelines and deliverables, ensuring insights are delivered accurately and on time.
Maintain centralized access to marketing dashboards and reports, promoting transparency and ease of access across the organization.2.
Media Execution
Assist in the collection and handoff of campaign assets, timelines, and performance expectations across internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution within retail media channels.
Play a key role in campaign post-analysis efforts by gathering media performance data, synthesizing retailer-specific insights, and delivering actionable takeaways to inform future investment and creative strategy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to enhance the quality of briefs, ensuring clarity of objectives, data-informed targeting strategies, and a consistent brand voice across platforms.3.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Liaison Work
Serve as the primary data liaison for the Demand Generation and Integrated Communications teams, ensuring alignment across all marketing functions.
Act as a bridge between the Demand Generation and Digital Hub teams, facilitating seamless communication and alignment on shared initiatives.4.
Campaign Development & Strategy Support
Partner closely with product marketing teams to assist in the development of integrated campaigns, serving as a cross-functional liaison between Rust-Oleum and external media agency partners to ensure strategic and executional alignment.
Provide strategic and analytical support during campaign development phases, collaborating with brand and product teams to help shape briefs, refine messaging, and align marketing objectives with performance outcomes.
Support go-to-market efforts by coordinating campaign timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and managing the operational flow between insights, creative, and media teams.5.
Tools, Data Integration & Broader Insights
Collaborate closely with media agency partners and MMX, aligning on performance metrics, campaign evaluations, and optimization strategies.
Integrate GA4, PriceSpider, and content performance data with media results, clearly articulating ROI and marketing effectiveness.
Partner with Insights and Category Management teams, campaign reporting, and other department analytics.Salary Target Range: $75,000 - $125,000, bonus eligible
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
Experience using digital advertising/social media channels, tools, techniques and best practices for business
Experience analyzing marketing data and social/PR analytics and identifying/communicating key insights
Working knowledge of web, search and social analytics tools; experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Pinterest Analytics a plus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide independent support for primary territory product lines.
Recommend products and solutions outside of primary product lines with occasional direction.
Provide site support by performing general and complex product applications.
Perform substrate analysis using specialty equipment.
Keep up-to-date technically on practical procedures, specialized techniques to apply new knowledge within the field.
Provide field support by collecting data for project or product specific testing and interpreting results.
Recommend application policies within technical literature.
Coordinate 3rd party testing certification/approvals
Provide live and/or web-based training for internal staff and/or external customers.
Create instructional hands-on demonstrations in a classroom, distributor locations, or job site settings showing application of products.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Construction, or similar preferred.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).

Commercial Roofing Foreman
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $50,801 and $63,501.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Construction, or similar preferred.
and 2-4 years of construction or industry experience OR
Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training with the application of facades, EIFS, Plastering
Metal or exterior wall panels experience preferred
Active listening and attention to detail
Building and construction knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or restoration of buildings or other structures
Knowledge of product application
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Knowledge of chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations they undergo.
This includes chemistry of current and future products and systems.
Customer Service skills, including needs assessments and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The base salary range for applicants in this position generally starts at $82K and goes up based on experience plus incentive compensation.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
