Job Duties:
Assist with updating project trackers and timelines
Assisting in designing and updating solution architectures within the product group
Building and enhancing workflows systems & dashboards using Smartsheet
Creating and optimizing digital intake forms using Jotform
Developing automation workflows using Zapier
Leveraging AI tools to enhance process design, documentation, and efficiency

Conduct follow-up discussions and tests to ascertain whether agreed upon corrective measures have been effectively implemented. Respond to internal requests for support or assistance in a prompt and professional manner. Provide assistance to the Company' external auditors. Keep abreast of laws, rules and regulations issued by applicable regulatory agencies with which the Company must comply. Vice President - Internal Audit & Chief Audit Executive - On a periodic basis, the Senior IT Auditor will meet with the Chief Audit Executive to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
Corporate IT Department - Internal Audit is responsible for auditing the activities of the Corporate IT Department.
In addition, the Corporate IT Department will communicate any areas of risk at the operating company level to Internal Audit for review and follow-up.
IT Managementat Operating Groups and Operating Companies - Though the degree will vary with every audit, this position will have contact with all employees in the worldwide IT function, at every level of the organization.

Education/License/Certification/Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience. Completion of a Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Business Systems or a related field.

Corporate IT Department - Internal Audit is responsible for auditing the activities of the Corporate IT Department.

Education/License/Certification/Experience Requirements

Current CISA or intent to obtain licensing as a Certified Information Systems Auditor is preferred. Knowledge of SAP environments including SAP ECC and SAP S4/HANA is preferred. Experience with Auditboard is preferred.

Participate in plant metric reporting.
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities as detailed in the facility site plan to resolve any production problems that may occur, maximize product consistency, and minimize cost.
Prepare estimates of production costs and production progress reports for management.
Design measurement and control systems for chemical plants based on data collected in laboratory experiments and in pilot plant operations.
Use SAP to monitor production/business functions.
Provides engineering expertise for all operations in the plant.
Must be the subject matter expert regarding all manufacturing equipment and processes at the plant.
Recommend modifications to current processes and equipment; document and follow up with process engineers responsible for the modifications.
