Key Responsibilities

We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager within a Children's Residential Home.A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspections.Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete if required).Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.A thorough understanding of safeguarding legislation and children's residential care regulations.The passion and resilience to lead a new service from registration through to full occupancy.
