The brasserie is currently seeking a new Demi Chef de Partie to join their outstanding team, creating British dishes in an all-day dining restaurant.

Demi Chef de Partie Benefits:

• £13.50 per hour + annual club bonus.

Demi Chef de Partie Requirements:

• A competent and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join a brigade of 10 within the members club reputable BRASSERIE OUTLET.
• A demi chef de partie that is well organised and can work well within a large team.
• Someone who has worked in a professional kitchen for over one year.
• A demi chef de partie with previous experience working within reputable food led establishments.
• Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
