The Role:

As a Paralegal,you will be responsible for representing clients in both Crown and magistrates' courts.

Responsibilities:



* Conduct out-of-hours duties, ensuring excellence in case preparation.


* Collaborate closely with seasoned lawyers for effective case management.


* Actively participate in signing up new clients.


* Engage in regular training sessions for skill enhancement.


Requirements:



* Previously worked a Paralegal or in a similar role.


* Ideally have 2:1 Upper Second Class Honours or relevant case work experience.


* Strong computer and analytical skills.


* Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle.
