As a Clinical Negligence Lawyer, you will manage clinical negligence cases from inception to resolution.

Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Clinical Negligence Lawyer, Personal Injury Solicitor or in a similar role.


* Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in clinical negligence law.


* Strong understanding of relevant legislation and case law.


* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
