Registered Manager (Children's Home)

Location: Walsall, Staffordshire

Salary: Up to £55k + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday

The Client:

Our client is a reputable residential children's home, providing a safe, caring and nurturing environment for children to grow.

The Role:

As a Registered Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a Childrens Residential Home, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:



* Provide excellent emotional and physical care for young people.


* Lead and manage staff to maintain high service standards.


* Manage the homes budget and ensure regulatory compliance.


* Oversee referrals and occupancy, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations.


Requirements:



* Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.


* At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare and supervising & managing staff.


* NVQ Level 3 in residential child care or equivalent.


* Strong Ofsted regulatory knowledge.


* Level 5 diploma in leadership and management.

(Preferred)


* Valid UK driving licence.


* Right to work in the UK.
