Restaurant Manager

Salary: $67,000 + Benefits + PTO

Location: Los Angeles, CA

My client is a renowned culinary establishment celebrated for its authentic ramen offerings and vibrant dining atmosphere, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence in every dish served.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management
• Manage restaurant budgets, including cost control measures and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
• Train and supervise staff to uphold quality standards and provide exceptional service
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and specials

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position, preferably from a fast-paced, upscale restaurant
• Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest experience
• Strong understanding of California labor laws
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Strong team leader
