Restaurant Size: 180 covers

Daily Covers: 250-350

Contracted Hours: 48

Brigade size: 8-12 Chefs

Salary: 40k basic with 8-12k in tronc

Report to: Group chef & Executive   

Group size: 7 Sites
Location: Battersea Power Station

This is an amazing forward-thinking and premium restaurant group, looking for a talented head chef to run their flagship site in Battersea power station.

You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients in a fast-paced service environment.

Leading a large team of chefs through service and reporting to senior management.

Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site.

There is a large semi-open kitchen that can serve up to 450 covers when busy with fresh, seasonal and sustainable modern European food.

This would suit a head chef that has worked in a busy branded restaurant, knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in premium restaurants.
