Litigation Solicitor

Global, award-winning law firm looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their Birmingham team.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a 12 month, fixed term contract Litigation Solicitor role within a Top 200 ranked legal practice that is known for their excellent workplace culture.

They are able to offer flexible working options that suit you, fantastic development opportunities and a competitive salary for the area.

Within this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Advising client base on contentious matters


• Deal with appeals made to the Upper Tribunal


• Instructing counsel to advise


• Drafting correspondence with tribunal


• Providing representation at hearings

The successful candidate will ideally have 2-5 years' PQE, has a strong background in managing litigation matters, is able to work well under pressure and has excellent client care skills.
