The role
You will run your own caseload which will consist of a broad range of commercial property matters.
The work includes acting for owner-managed businesses, investors and developers across the region on an array of property matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work and development work.

The candidate
The firm have indicated that candidates who are 2-3 years PQE will possess the correct knowledge and skills to succeed in this role.

However this is just a guideline and candidates that fall outside of this bracket are encouraged to apply.
The firm require someone who is an excellent lawyer technically, together with the desire to be fundamental in the growth of the department.
