Job Title: 2nd Line Support Engineer

Salary: £30-£40,000pa

Location: London

We are working with a returning client on the hunt for a 2nd line support engineer in London.

The role will be on a hybrid basis, with 4 days I office to start and changing to 3 days as projects develop.

We have placed several people in the business over the years and know that they offer great career opportunities in an interesting and varied setting.

They would love to find someone with 2-3 years support experience that is a great team worker, has excellent attention to detail and is a great problem solver.

The day-to-day:

• Supporting IT across retail, property and office co working
• Using ticket system to resolve user issues
• Supporting with full Microsoft suite of products
• Supporting with Cisco Meraki
• Working closely with junior and senior team members to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner

Experience:

• Office 365
• Full Microsoft suite- inc defender, InTune, Azure
• Meraki
• On site and troubleshooting
• Using ticketing systems
• Experience with cloud migration is desirable
