Personal Injury Team Leader

Sacco Mann are currently working with a highly regarded boutique law firm who are seeking a Personal Injury Team Leader to join their office in Manchester.

This is an opportunity to join a friendly law firm with a close-knit team.

The successful candidate will be managing a small caseload of RTA Litigation matters in addition to leading a team of RTA portal and litigation fee earners including paralegals and solicitors.

You will be responsible for mentoring/developing, identifying knowledge gaps and implementing training plans and generally overseeing the efficiency of the team.

This opportunity would suit an experienced RTA fee earner who also has experience of supervising and/or training fee earners.
