Residential Conveyancer

Sacco Mann are working with an exceptional law firm in Leeds, who are looking to recruit a number of residential conveyancers to join their team.

The role would suit conveyancers with upwards of 2 years' hands on case handling experience, up to senior conveyancers and Licensed Conveyancers with several years' conveyancing practice.

The firm have an exceptional reputation for their work in residential conveyancing amongst other areas, and have gone from strength to strength over the last couple of years, continuing to develop not just their business but each individual employee.

You will work in a smaller team of approximately 10 to include a manager, several experienced conveyancers, paralegals and support staff, and be part of a wider conveyancing team not just in Leeds but nationally.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing cases both freehold and leasehold.


• Taking new instructions with paralegal support.


• Providing an excellent level of client care throughout the entire conveyancing process.


• Dealing with each case from instruction through exchange to completion.


• Corresponding with clients and third parties, providing regular updates.


• Mentoring junior members of the team.
