We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to work in an Integrated Neighbourhood Team

THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE

About you

You will be an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker with substantial knowledge in a Adult's setting.

You will have knowledge of key legislation as you will be working in accordance with it.

It is also essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) - with a minimum of three years in an Adult's Social Work setting.

A valid Social Work England registration is required.

Full UK driving license is preferred.

The integrated neighbourhood teams are at the heart of their care service, delivering and reviewing innovative services for our residents, helping to reduce health inequalities, and supporting independent living.

The team takes pride in everything they do to ensure the service continues to be of an excellent and high-quality standard.

The team completes assessments under the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act and undertaking S42 Safeguarding Enquiries.
