Property Litigation Solicitor

Our client is a full-service commercial law firm, providing legal advice to clients in both the private and public sectors as well as to individuals.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the team with matters including the preparation and service of various landlord and tenant and property notices, service charge and rent review disputes, forfeiture and possession, property contractual disputes, restrictive covenants, property related professional negligence and more.



The successful candidate should ideally be between 2 to 5 years' PQE or more.

However, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
