Real Estate Finance Solicitor

National, full-service law firm looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor into their Liverpool office.

The national firm are known for their market leading benefits package.

Within this role, you will be joining the established Real Estate Finance team and can gain exposure to conventional finance.

The team acts for a wide variety of local and national clients on high-value matters and will involve drafting and negotiating the finance documentation, liaising with colleagues with real estate, construction or tax expertise who will provide the due diligence and support more junior members of the team.

The successful candidate will ideally have 3-10 years' PQE within Real Estate Finance, has excellent client care skills, are driven and ambitious with their long-term career goals.
