Essential Criteria for the Role:

• Proven senior leadership experience in the industry with a background in managing Operations Managers.
• A hands-on operator with the ability to inspire and attract top talent.
• Polished and professional appearance, serving as an ambassador for our brand.
• Willingness to be present at our sites and continually strive to improve all performance metrics.
• Obsessive attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in food and beverage.
• A background in fresh food is a must.
• A strong focus on both people and numbers.
• A driven, resilient, and self-motivated approach.
• Experience in both London and regional markets is essential.
• Proven experience with P&L responsibility for around £50 million.
