Sacco Mann is extremely proud to be once again working alongside a leading international provider of sustainable solutions, supporting the UK's transition to Net Zero.

At the heart of the UK subsidiary sits the In-house legal team, which currently has a vacancy for a UK qualified Solicitor to assist the group on its ambitious journey.

The role is based primarily near Middlesborough with some hybrid working on offer.

Reporting into the Head of Legal and Company Secretary, the team is seeking a talented, senior lawyer to join the UK Legal Regulation and Compliance team to support the UK business transitioning from a Brown to Green agenda, and assist on a large-scale infrastructure projects.

Its likely that you'll have at least 8 years PQE and a strong background in commercial or corporate law.

An interest or previous exposure to energy and/or infrastructure would be welcomed as you will be at the forefront of some incredible projects and will work closely with the business and the legal team together with the wider global legal community.

It's a fantastic quality caseload working in an international arena, though its's a demanding business and requires someone with a confident and robust personality.
