Planning Solicitor

Award-winning, regional law firm looking to recruit an experienced Planning Solicitor into their Shrewsbury office.

As a Planning Solicitor, your day-to-day duties may include:

• Working across your own caseload of Planning work such as non-contentious legal agreements, planning enforcement, CPOs, strategy, and highways/public rights of way matters


• Advising broad spectrum of clients


• Ensuring the needs of the firm's loyal client base are met with exceptional results


• Court Proceedings


• Drafting and negotiation on agreements


• Acquisitions and disposal agreements


• Compensation Claims

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years' PQE within Planning law, is able to support more junior members of the team, has excellent client care skills and wants to help develop the department as a whole.
