Contract: Initially 3 months contract working 37 hours per week


Rate of pay: Up to £300ltd per day


About the Role


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the High Needs Block (HNB) Automation Transformation project within Children's Services.

This project aims to improve the financial planning, reporting, and payments processes of the company's HNB systems.

You will work closely with a team of professionals from various departments to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

  • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks

  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

  • Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external vendors

  • Provide regular project status updates and reports


Key Requirements



  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of automation or digital transformation

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • Proficient in project management software and tools
