Employment Chartered Legal Executive

Working on behalf of the claimant you will largely be focusing on the contentious side of employment so experience of tribunals is essential.

Working closely with the Head of department in a small team your caseload will consist of a range of employment matters for a variety of individuals relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination, settlement agreements, whistleblowing, redundancy, and paternity and maternity rights.



Ideally you will be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive, but applications are encouraged from non-qualified individuals with upwards of 12 months contentious employment experience.

All applicants must have good knowledge of the tribunal process and have an organised and methodical approach with accuracy and attention to detail.
