ServiceNow Project Manager / Team Leader

A leading ServiceNow Partner are looking to hire a ServiceNow Team Leader / Scrum Master to spearhead a major transformation project centred around an on-premises ServiceNow implementation that integrates various ServiceNow modules.

This role involves managing projects that encompass Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, and innovative Now-based development from the ground up.

Responsibilities


  • Craft and oversee the project work plan, monitor progress, and address issues, including platform support.
  • Engage with all key stakeholders regularly to update them on progress.
  • Collaborate with customers and the change team to ensure the development of appropriate solutions.
  • Aim for continual improvement in product delivery and business services.
  • Uphold Service Management standards within the support and change teams.
  • Coordinate with product owners and SMEs to ensure project objectives are precisely interpreted by the change team.
  • Monitor epics and backlogs to oversee the project portfolio’s progress.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, project leads, and architects to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Recognise and convey the interdependencies within projects, prioritising tasks effectively within the ServiceNow change programme.

Background and Experience


  • Proven success in managing and implementing ServiceNow projects.
  • A UK national eligible for security clearance up to at least SC level.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • A commitment to a customer-centric approach in all tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and propel initiatives at senior levels.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building prowess, capable of managing diverse multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive levels.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
