Healthcare Litigation Solicitor

Commercial, award-winning law firm looking for an experienced Healthcare Litigation Solicitor to join their Manchester team.

Within this Healthcare Litigation Solicitor position, you will be running your own files for public and private clinical negligence clients and take part in other key duties such as:

• Drafting reports to clients, articles and witness statements


• Interviewing witnesses


• Instructing experts and Counsel


• Attending Court


• Negotiating settlements


• Holding conferences with Counsel


• Preparing and attending trials and mediations


• Supervising and overseeing more junior members of the team

The successful candidate will ideally have 0-3 years PQE within Healthcare Litigation is able to work well under pressure and is driven when it comes to their long-term career goals.
