• Step into a freshly renovated and modern restaurant space, ripe with opportunity.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the delivery of vibrant, freshly prepared dishes.
• Inspire and motivate your team, aligning their efforts with your vision for success.
• Connect with guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and encouraging communal dining experiences.
• Confident with stock control, KPI’s, cover count and more. 

The successful candidate

• Possesses strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with the Head Chef.
• Capable of training and developing a newly formed team with ease.
• Actively engages with guests to proficiently manage deliveries and walk-ins.
• Demonstrates confidence in handling stock control, KPIs, cover counts, and other responsibilities.
