Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Salary: £33,000pa

Location: Southampton

They are growing their team of field engineers and are looking for someone to cover Southampton and the surrounding areas.

As you will be in the field, working independently, experience in a similar setting would be great, someone that I able to provide top quality support and service

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a mechanical engineer to service and maintain their machines to company, risk assessment, compliance and safety standards.

You will work closely with the support team, maintain company records and on occasion work on call over weekends.

The right person will have experience servicing big machinery such as large vehicles or farming equipment.

Responsibilities/skills –

• Experienced in Mechanical Engineering essential
• Electrical Competent, including Control panels & 400V essential
• Welding & Abrasive wheels (Grinding) experience beneficial
• Experienced in parts fitting & assembly an advantage
• Basic experience in plumbing and an understanding of calibration an advantage
• Basic level IT, including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) an advantage
