Family Solicitor

Leading law firm looking to recruit a Family Solicitor into their Altrincham office.

Within this Family Solicitor role, you will be running your own caseload of private Family files on matters such as:

• Divorce


• Financial remedy proceedings


• Co-habitation disputes


• Private children matters

As well as working on your own files, other day-to-day duties may include:

• Conducting preliminary hearings and FDRs where appropriate


• Supervising and managing a friendly team including Fee Earners and Paralegals


• Involvement with business development activities in the firm and networking
