Private Client Solicitor

Regional, multi-sector law firm looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor into their Wrexham office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a Legal 500 ranked practice that will be providing comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of clients.

Within this Private Client Solicitor role, you will be working on a caseload of wills, trusts, probates, estate tax and Court of Protection.

Other responsibilities may include:

• Assisting in the preparation of wills, trusts, and other legal documents


• Conducting legal research and drafting documents


• Liaising with clients, attending meetings, and managing client relationships with professionalism and integrity


• Assisting with the administration of estates, including probate applications and estate distribution


• Staying up to date with relevant legislation and legal developments in the Private Client field


• Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of department processes and service delivery


• Taking an active role in business development activities, such as networking to enhance the firm's reputation and attract new clients.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced Solicitors and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
