Adult Social Care and Health Lawyer

Service Care Legal are currently working with a dynamic local authority, based in Cardiff, which is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care and Health Lawyer to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the Adult Social Care department.

ROLE: Adult Social Care and Health Lawyer

LOCATION: Cardiff - REMOTE

CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 month rolling

RATE: £55-£60ph

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to the Adult Social Care department


• Manage a caseload of complex legal matters


• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 3 years' PQE


• Experience in adult social care and health law


• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
