A national firm, with its roots firmly in the local West Midlands market are looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor into their Redditch office.

Our client is a well-established firm who are continuously growing and are committed to maintain excellent client relationships.

Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will be running your own caseload of:

• Disciplinaries


• Grievances


• Unfair dismissal


• Discrimination


• TUPE


• Whistleblowing


• Redundancy


• Restructures

The successful candidate for this Employment Solicitor role will ideally have 0-2 years PQE, can work well under pressure, has excellent client care skills and is wanting to establish themselves for the long-term in a respected legal practice.
