Corporate Solicitor

Well-established, respected law firm looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join in their Staffordshire office.

Our client is a multi-service legal practice with a national reach that prides itself on their excellent client care and experienced, specialist teams.

Within this Corporate Solicitor role, you will be running your own caseload of:

• Buying and selling businesses


• Asset Purchasing Agreement


• Joint Ventures


• Mergers and Acquisitions


• Reorganisations

The successful candidate for this Corporate Solicitor role will ideally have 1-3 years' PQE, is able to work well as part of a team, has excellent client care skills and can work well under pressure.
