Employment Solicitor

Our client is a boutique commercial practice in South Manchester with an impressive client base, strong reputation and collegiate working environment.

They are looking to bring in an experienced Employment lawyer (Senior Associate or maybe Partner level) who can help them make the most of the opportunities within their commercial client base.

There is a healthy flow of employment work and they are looking for someone who can handle this effectively and forge strong relationships with these clients, as well as other potential clients, to steadily increase the flow of work over time.

This is a role with every scope to progress into a head of department role in due course.

We believe it will ideally suit an experienced employment lawyer who would relish an opportunity that provides a good degree of autonomy along with the support and guidance to hone client care and development skills and carve out a long term career.
