Finance Director

As the business enters a new phase of its growth, the group is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join their passionate and friendly team.

The Finance Director will be reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Manage financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide financial guidance to senior management on key business decisions
• Lead and mentor the finance team
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g.
  
  ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Advanced financial modelling and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
