Resort Manager – Luxury Island Hotel

My client is looking to appoint talented Resort Manager with a strong Food & Beverage background for this stunning property on the Island of Madagascar.

For this role, we need a real professional who is passionate about all aspects of the operations and delivering outstanding service.

You will have a keen eye for detail and excellence as well as being a self-starter and strong motivator of people.

We need a talented individual for this role – someone who can improve on standards, train, mentor & inspire their team and much more for this beautiful hotel.

The ideal candidate for this position will be very resourceful and be able to use their initiative – positive attitude and good work ethic to continue building on the success of this property.

Previous experience in Africa and/or with an Island Hotel an advantage but not essential!

Experience in a 4

*L or 5 star luxury hotel or resort is essential though!

Salary Offered: Basic € 4000 net + package (accommodation, medical insurance, etc)
