Job Title: Assistant Bar Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel - London

Salary: up to £35,000 + Service Charge

I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Bar manager to join this Luxury Boutique Hotel in West London.

My client is looking for a talented individual with hotel and bar experience.

As Assistant Bar Manager you will be the face of the bar, so we are looking for someone who will provide the guests with a fantastic experience.

About the position

• Responsible for a smooth running of all the Bar
• Manage and train staff to the highest level
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
• Ensure that the guests receive the highest level of service
• Manage team briefings
• Assume responsibility of the ordering and stock takes

The successful candidate

• Must have previous experience in a similar role
• A high level of customer service
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
• High volume experience
