Housing Disrepair Paralegal

Our client, a leading national law firm with offices in central Leeds, are looking to recruit a Housing Disrepair Paralegal to join their reputable team.

The role would suit a Housing Disrepair Paralegal with upwards of 12 months' experience dealing with caseload of litigated housing disrepair claims, candidates with housing experience who haven't dealt with litigation are also encouraged to apply.

Experience in housing disrepair is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting a number of fee earners on a caseload of social housing litigation claims relating to housing disrepair.


• Drafting correspondence and legal documentation.


• Using a case management system.


• Analysing legal documentation and reporting on findings.


• Preparing cases for trial and instructing counsel.


• Adhering to court direction.


• Completion and filing of legal documents.
