Brand new instruction, my client is looking for a talented Associate level Chemistry Patent Attorney to join their busy team.

An expansion role rather than a replacement, the caseload can be curated to suit your preferences.

The firm have a huge array of premium Chemistry clients encompassing organic / small molecule Chemistry, drug formulations through to industrial, polymers and materials Chemistry….

And everything in between! You will enjoy a varied caseload including complex prosecution, infringement proceedings, original drafting, supporting with oppositions, advising on FTO and patent strategies and more.

As a qualified Attorney, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy and be empowered to make commercial decisions whilst also benefitting from a collaborative, supportive team-led environment.

The role can be based from one of several locations with hybrid working is offered as standard.
