Defendant Personal Injury NQ

A new position has arisen in the busy EL/PL team of a national law firm for a defendant personal injury NQ to join their team in Liverpool City Centre.

The team deal with a wide range of defendant personal Injury work to include fast track and multi-track work.

This is a great opportunity for a personal injury solicitor with claimant or defendant experience to join a national law firm.

The successful personal injury solicitor will have:

• Experience in litigation ideally within EL/PL;


• Experience of assisting on cases in excess of £100k, but be comfortable with managing lower value cases;


• Ideally 2 years' experience, but newly qualified solicitors with good EL/PL experience in their training contract will also be considered;


• Experience of defendant personal injury is preferred but not essential;


• Experience liaising with clients, drafting witness statements and exposure to the full personal injury claims process
