Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

A prominent Indian restaurant in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee its day-to-day activities and ensure smooth operations.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a renowned culinary establishment in the heart of the city's vibrant dining scene.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery
• Help develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and uphold quality standards
• Coordinate with various departments such as kitchen, front-of-house, and administration to streamline processes and enhance overall performance
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and aid in implementing strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and profitability

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to food safety and hygiene
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite
