Our longstanding Client in Chesterfield, Derbyshire are looking to add a Joiner to their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Immediate starts available, £18 per hour, 39 hours per week, Company Van.

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic tenanted properties.

• Working with bathroom, kitchens, and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenance work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
  


• Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements

• Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Carpentry/Joinery.


• Multi skilled candidates preferable


• 2 PLUS YEAR'S EXPERIENCE WITHIN SIMILAR ROLES


• FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE
