Key Responsibilities:

• To assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department, ensuring a well-connected HR and Learning service that maintains our position as an employer of choice in the luxury hospitality industry.
• To partner with the HR Management team to deliver fast, accurate and relevant information to our employees.
• To provide generalist HR and Learning support with particular focus on employee relations, engagement, and recruitment in addition to other department activities in accordance with the hotel's objectives.
