Top 200 ranked, independent law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor into their impressive Altrincham offices.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked law firm whose team is currently experiencing growth.

Within this Property Litigation Solicitor role, your caseload of files may include matters such as:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes


• Forfeiture and possession claims


• Dilapidation claims


• Insolvent tenants


• Restrictive Covenant disputes


• Development agreements


• Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustee disputes


• Residential lease extension and freehold purchases

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 5+ years' PQE within Property Litigation, is looking to take the next step upwards in their career, has excellent client care skills and is able to work collaboratively as a team.
