The essential skills/experiences/qualities are:

• Prior successful CARE HOME MANAGEMENT experience


• Knowing what truly quality care and hospitality looks like (and what it takes to deliver)


• Knowing a thing or 2 and having a can-do attitude towards modern care technology

Knowing what we mean by "buy and build" and any troubleshooting experience would also be great.
