AIV Engineer

My client is an engineering and technology manufacturing company based in Belgium, who develop products at the forefront of space technology.

They are now looking to hire 3 AIV Engineers on a contract or permanent basis to help them deliver some exciting ESA projects.

They actively promote a collaborative working environment, where everyone is encouraged to bring forward ideas to solve complex issues.

Due to the current stage of the project, you need to be based on their Belgium site full time.

The client can assist with the relocation.

As a Contract AIV Engineer you will be responsible for liaison with the design office and setting out assembly and Test instructions, so that the high-tech instruments are tested according to the specifications.

You will also play an active part in quality reviews to report on root cause analysis and communicate with all stakeholders.

In addition to this you will also:

• Ensure that test instruments and facilities are in accordance with requirements for existing and upcoming projects.


• Standardise maintenance and calibration routines and document equipment and facilities.


• Take care of the Assembly, Integration and Tests of space projects (in the cleanroom)
