Key Account Manager - CEM

My client, a successful Contract Electronics Manufacturer with an established customer base across the UK, are looking to hire a Key Account Manager, to head up their Sales Team, based in South Wales.



Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role involves being the first point of contact for existing customers, providing the highest level of customer service.

Understanding the CEM market and sales cycle is key to this role!



Requirements of a Key Account Manager - CEM


- Loading of customer orders


- First point of contact for designated accounts


- Identify and win new business opportunities within existing customers - big picture thinking


- Providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction


- Interpret customer expectations for new products and services

- Basic salary up to £38,000 per annum
