Who are we looking for?

We're on the lookout for someone with a background steeped in similar roles, maybe even cutting your teeth as an assistant/assistant general manager in a high-volume restaurant with high standards and serious food game.

While it'd be fabulous if you've got experience in branded restaurants, what's more crucial is your approach to people – both your teammates and guest!
