This role requires 5 days per week on site in Shenstone/Burntwood


IT Support Specialist required for a leading client based in Shenstone.

My client is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to come on board to provide support for all IT Services and to engage in projects, upgrade programmes and system implementations.

The primary focus will surround ensuring users receive the best out of their IT equipment and software while receiving an excellent customer experience.

Strong experience withing 1st / 2nd Line Support is essential.


Key skills/Responsibilities:



  • Extensive experience within 1st & 2nd Line support

  • Provide operational support for the full range of IT systems and devices for internal and external stakeholders

  • Proactively plan and predict requirements and maintain control over the support environment

  • Strong experience providing operational support to IFS and related systems such as SCADA and factory IT (Desirable)

  • Ability to manage and support Windows 10/11 and MacOS devices

  • Strong focus on customer experience, through ensuring the best possible service is provided

  • Ability to carry out equipment checks and audits on devices, applications, and infrastructure, as well as factory and warehouse hardware

  • Experience creating and maintaining procedural documentation

  • Ability to contribute towards continuous improvement through effectively managing stakeholder and supplier relationships for 3rd party software
