The Role: Lead Engineer

What you need and what you will do:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer ideally someone who comes from a technical background and loves all things mechanical & electrical!

This is an amazing opportunity to work with a well-known facilities management company who strive in providing a 5

* service for their clients.

As a Lead Engineer you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks ensuring reactive and planned maintenance are completed.

You will work closely with the engineering team and monitor issues that may arise.

* Please note this is a role requiring you to be on the tools and managing a small team.

All about you!

• Able to assist with sub-contractor management and monitoring
• Qualifications: electrical or mechanical discipline to a minimum of City & Guilds part 3
• Strong knowledge in all things mechanical and electrical with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Able to use a CAFM system to assist delivery and achieve SLA’s
